We have arranged for discount travel from most destinations when you book your flight through our official conference travel agent, Pearson Travel. When your dates of travel include a Saturday night stay, you will receive a 10% discount off the lowest airfare if purchased a minimum of 60 days in advance, and a 5% discount for less than 60 days in advance. When travel dates do not include a Saturday night stay, you will save as much as 40%-50%. The only requirement to receive these savings is a minimum of 10 travelers going to a common destination. Interested travelers should e-mail or fax a completed reservation request form (click below) to make arrangements. Pearson will offer the lowest fare and handle any pre- or post conference travel arrangements requested. Pearson will book air, car and any other arrangements as required, and electronically issue the itinerary, invoice and ticket to the traveler.
